**Job Summary**

The Senior Director of Data Insights and Business Strategy will be responsible for leading our data analytics team, developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive business growth, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and lead a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytics and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation

**Requirements**

  • 15+ years of experience in data analytics and business strategy
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, statistical analysis, data mining, and business intelligence principles

**Salary**

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD per year, depending on experience.

**Location**

This role is based in Bogota, Colombia, and requires regular travel to other locations in the Americas.

**Education**

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and business intelligence principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate and convey technical concepts to clients in 'layman terms'
