Job Summary

This role is part of our Early Phase Data Management department, responsible for managing data management teams, studies, and programs under the direction of the Senior Manager/Director of Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and resource requirements for studies and programs.
  • Ensure studies are properly managed and delivered according to corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, SAS Programming, Medical Writing, and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Negotiate with clients and external customers on timelines and key deliverables.
  • Travel approximately 15% domestically and internationally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of clinical data management experience in a Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical company.
  • 3+ years of experience leading studies with responsibilities for study set-up and close-out tasks.
  • Experience with Phase I studies preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in a scientific field.
