We are searching for a Customer Service Specialist to be part of our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key point of contact for internal J&J functions and external parties, you will engage with the Customer Service organization and provide direct support to customers. You will be responsible for scheduling deliveries and appointments, processing orders, and tracking and supporting customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of J&J customer service processes, products, and their interrelationship. They will navigate key relationships and collaborate as needed across functions, including Warehouse, Finance, and Shared Services to resolve customer issues. The Customer Service Specialist reports directly to a Customer Service Supervisor and escalates issues as needed.
