At Workfully, we are launching an office in a strategic location to expand our reach and provide unparalleled services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our cloud-based solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based applications within our Solutions Center. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our US-based colleagues and directly interact with our clients.

  • Drive your career through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Principals and Vice Presidents, and opportunities for advancement
  • Oversee a small team and manage relationships with clients in a variety of industries
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda's capabilities to meet our clients' needs
  • Use your knowledge of design principles and frameworks to perform and manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

  • Full-stack development experience, cloud technologies (AWS), serverless applications (Amazon Lambda), and Node.js
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues and customers
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
