Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operations/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will streamline operations, enhance client communications, and collaborate with leadership to manage new accounts and coordinate team efforts. This role offers the chance to make your mark in global digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Own client communications, manage email chains, set expectations, and kick off new accounts.
- Team Coordination: Structure teams for new accounts (media buyer, strategist, account manager) and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Project Oversight: Track operational timelines and ensure all client projects progress smoothly.
- Bridge Communication: Act as the liaison between the paid media team and leadership, ensuring updates are relayed efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with billing, contract updates, and onboarding processes to support the agency's ongoing growth.
- Operational Streamlining: Identify areas for process improvement and help implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience in account management and client-facing roles.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to keep multiple tasks and timelines on track.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Familiarity with paid media and agency operations is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Knowledge of billing systems and contract management is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
