    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered designs to life.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Present work to clients with a clear articulation of design rationale and user insights.
    • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
  • Leadership and Mentorship
    • Lead junior designers and own the UX design phase of medium to large-sized projects.
    • Mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience creating functional, usable, and beautiful applications (desktop and mobile).
  • Proficient in creating visually appealing, user-centered designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Expert in UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and prototyping (InVision, Marvel).
  • Strong knowledge of Design Principles.
  • Advanced understanding of UX principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to integrate design activities smoothly with development processes.
  • Up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
