Overview
Eli Lilly And Company, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Clinical Research Physician (CRP) - Medical Affairs to join our team. As an integral member of the medical affairs, development, or brand team, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning in support of launch and commercialization activities.

Job Description
The Clinical Research Physician (CRP) may work closely with global Development teams and is responsible for aligning activities with strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include providing expert medical support to all aspects of the local business, supporting local marketed product strategies, and contributing to the development of medical strategies to support brand commercialization.

Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Medical Doctor degree, board eligible or certified in an appropriate specialty/subspecialty, and completed education and training at a medical school meeting LCME requirements. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage in domestic and international travel and fluency in English, verbal and written communication.

Additional Preferences
Clinical research or pharmaceutical medicine experience is preferred, but not required. Lilly is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that welcomes employees from diverse backgrounds.
