Job Description:
At Agfa-Gevaert, we're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

About the Role:
We're looking for someone who can work closely with our product and sales teams to understand customer behavior and track campaign performance. You'll be responsible for:
  • Social media management: Coordinate content strategy, schedule posts, and monitor performance analysis.
  • Digital Ads Campaigns: Develop strategies, manage ad spend, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Internal events: Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and provide digital support for company events.
  • Content Creation: Generate content for newsletters and flyers, and help create engaging marketing materials.
  • Leverage data insights to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital, advertising, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
