Executive Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Assist with processing and managing insurance-related tasks.
- Handle sensitive payment information securely and ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols.
- Communicate with clients regarding insurance needs and payments in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and support the creation of solar designs following guidance and training.
- Maintain and organize design files and ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Provide support in organizing and prioritizing tasks to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and organize files for easy access and review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and respond to emails, manage correspondence, and relay information accurately.
