Job Overview

Bruntwork is seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for integrating offshore operations and supporting the growth of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in product operations, product management, and product research. They will be able to analyze complex data, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  1. Track and publish progress against OKRs for major projects
  2. Maintain a centralized product release calendar, documenting upcoming releases and key milestones
  3. Act as the first line of triage for bugs assigned to the squad, identifying those requiring product attention versus technical resolution, and assigning them accordingly
  4. Drive the quarterly planning process established by PM leaders, ensuring draft initiatives and stakeholder reviews meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, and product research
  • Familiarity with the specific industry (e.g. consumer goods, healthcare)
