Striker Costa

At Red Bull, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Striker Costa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and supporting local store owners in growing their businesses.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and brand rates in your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to ensure optimal in-store presence and product availability.
• Implement and maintain Perfect Store standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality shopping experience for customers.
• Travel to assigned territories to execute sales plans and provide support to store owners and managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and promotions.

• Proven sales experience in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools.
