About This Role:

This Go to Market Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for growth in Traditional Trade channels/models.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Lead data-driven decision making through analysis of market trends and customer insights.

Responsibilities also include managing KPI and sales performance tracking for each GTM Indirect Channel project/agenda and supporting the Transformation agenda for GTM for OT, Mayor, and UTS channels.

An ideal candidate will possess a Business Administration/Industrial Engineer degree; functional experience in sales and GTM strategy development; understanding of business performance and measurement indicators.
