The role of the People Operations Specialist plays a pivotal part in partnering with leaders to achieve growth objectives through people strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advise leaders on how to achieve growth KPIs by designing and executing end-to-end people strategy, encompassing performance management, leadership development, rewards & compensation, talent acquisition, conflict management, onboarding, offboarding, culture, employee relations issues, employees journey and experience, and rituals.
  • Be an advocate for company culture and principles in every action and decision.
  • Partner with Leaders and other specialists to identify business needs and develop the appropriate people products to address them.
  • Reinforce a respectful environment that allows individuals to maximize their potential.
  • Recruit and hire the right personnel to build a world-class team.
  • Build trusted relationships with key leaders and influence stakeholders regarding people strategy.
  • Design and support change management plans, including org design, reorganizations, succession plans, leadership assimilation, and transition.
  • Leverage leadership performance through precise feedback.
  • Translate crises into high-level conversations.
  • Leverage the quality of the network of conversations that enables the team to be fully aligned with the declared future.
  • Ensure that the company's desirable future guides all of the teams' actions in the present.
  • Act as a confidant for employees, proactively reaching out to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure our people processes, such as hiring, performance management, termination, benefits, and compensation processes, are aligned with local law accordingly.

This position requires 5-8 years of proven experience as a People Partner in E-commerce or Tech environments.

A strong prior background in HR/People is essential.

Located in South Latam (Colombia).

Strong stakeholder management skills are required.

Experience in business partnering with a solid understanding of organizational dynamics and talent management principles is necessary.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to use structured problem-solving frameworks are preferred.

A person with a high level of self-awareness who leverages self-reflection to adapt their approach to different people, styles, and contexts is ideal.

A person able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously is required.

A skillful and effective communicator, both in written and oral forms, in Portuguese or Spanish and English is necessary.
