Key Responsibilities

  • Lead EA activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions, including projects and products, systems, and shared application services.
  • Work closely with Tech Business Partners, product owners, and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway.
  • Design and develop important artefacts of High-level architecture, High Level Design, and Low Level Design that align with architectural governance and standards.
  • Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of technologies used or misalignment with business requirements.
  • Create deliverables for managing Convatec's portfolio of 'to be' and 'as is' solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced in software engineering/technology design and implementation.
  • Solution architecture experience in ERP/SAP preferred/commercial/MARTECH/R&D technologies/integration tools and patterns (ESB).
  • Excellent understanding of architecture models like C4.
  • Experience working in diverse, global teams.
