The Senior Collections Analyst for TD SYNNEX drives the credit to cash cycle to facilitate product sales by analyzing customer financials and credit worthiness. Responsible for managing accounts receivable, providing guidance and training, and innovating within the Credit department.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer financials and credit reports to assess credit worthiness.
- Manage accounts receivable, including collections and account reconciliation.
- Negotiate account receivable resolutions with customers.
- Manage credit lines and customer order releases.
- Solve root cause issues disrupting the credit to cash cycle.
- Assist in training and mentoring Credit & Collection Analysts.
- High School Diploma with Credit Certification and/or Specialty Credit Experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
- Strong data entry skills and basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
