Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Colombian tax and accounting regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in multinational companies or organizations with a large workforce in Colombia.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and HRIS platforms.
