Remote Automation Expert Opportunity

Location: PST Time Zone Salary Range: Up to 2500 USD

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to join our team as a Workflow Optimization Specialist. This role requires expertise in designing, building, and optimizing workflows using Make.com and Zapier.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Development: Design, build, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Develop custom integrations and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation setups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Document workflows, processes, and solutions for internal and client reference.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation using Make.com and Zapier.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
