Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Zoho Developer to join our team at INGEPSY. As a Senior Zoho Developer - CRM Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our business by leveraging your technical expertise and strategic vision to align CRM strategies with broader organizational goals.

About the Role

1. Zoho Suite Mastery: Leverage the Zoho One suite, focusing on CRM modules, workflow blueprints, custom fields, and lead source integrations.
2. Marketing Integration: Create and manage email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and set up marketing automation workflows in Zoho Flow.
3. Data Analytics: Utilize Zoho Analytics for actionable insights, aiding in strategic decision-making.
4. Technical Development: Customize page layouts in Zoho CRM, set automation rules, integrate third-party applications, and handle technical aspects of the Zoho One ecosystem.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams ensuring a harmonious alignment of CRM processes within the overall marketing framework.
6. Custom Functionality: Write custom functions and workflows for ZOHO One Apps, focusing on integration, testing, and implementing extensions.
7. CRM Implementation Assistance: Collaborate with CRM Implementation / Project Managers to deliver client-specific functionality.
8. System Management: Ensure high system performance, availability, and handle all technical aspects.
9. Post-Production Management: Fix post-production issues or bugs and report timely progress to team leads / managers.
10. Continuous Learning: Proactively explore new technology and integrate knowledge into varied business logics.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho implementation and customization.
• Zoho Certifications: Developer, CRM Admin, and Desk Admin.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Node & Deluge.
• Ability to design and maintain responsive design websites.
• Solid grasp of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an English proficiency level of C1.
• Independent, self-driven, disciplined, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

The Ideal Candidate

• Comprehensive understanding of Zoho One Applications like CRM, Desk, Creator, Project, Campaigns, Books, Inventory, Subscriptions, and more.
• Experience in Zoho Creator (Deluge), Zoho Flow (API Tool), and integration with third-party applications.
• Aptitude in Data Architecture interpretation.
• Skilled in testing, Canvas creation, and UI development in Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
• Strategic, highly organized, and proactive in approach.
