Your expertise will help identify specific areas of prospect need and demonstrate how Concur's applications fill those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver product demonstrations for all Concur applications
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, meeting with prospects to identify their requirements, researching their competitive strengths and weaknesses, and reconfiguring applications and databases as needed
- Strategize with sales team members to identify the most effective approach to persuade prospects to buy
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Concur's competitor products, company direction, financial stability, and industry events
- Provide advice and guidance to other Solutions Consultants as requested
- Build and maintain thorough knowledge of all Concur products, upgrades, upcoming revisions, and functionality
- Update Salesforce.com with client interactions
- Provide input on prospect requirements and concerns to Product Marketing teams
- Assist at trade shows, user conferences, and other events as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in pre-sales for enterprise business solutions, including spend management, travel and expense management, invoice management, and account payable
- Strong financial and business knowledge, including SAP FI/CO
- Advantages for those with experience in ERP or cloud applications, including finance, human resources, business planning, and consolidation
- Broad business knowledge, including the ability to interpret and utilize industry information on competitors
- Demonstrated experience in making formal presentations and excellent written and verbal communication skills
