We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Employee Services Team in Bogota, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance to Employee Services Consultants on the use of knowledge management and case management systems.Drive a customer-focused culture throughout the Employee Services Team.Partner with Employee Services Managers to promote a high-quality customer experience.Suggest and support change initiatives across the Employee Services Team.Contribute to the education and development of Employee Services Consultants.Manage high-profile inquiries or escalations.Act as an advisor to end-users interacting with HR systems.Ensure professional and consistent experiences.Monitor trends in inquiries and issues.Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.Understand the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture.Create an environment for effective and efficient operations.Implement a people strategy to attract, retain, and motivate the team.Champion a customer-focused culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources or Business.
  • Strong computer application skills.
  • Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of HR and Employee Services policies and procedures.
  • Proven teamwork capabilities.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
