About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to lead our team of experts in delivering cloud solutions to our customers. With over 10 years of experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT product development, you will be responsible for managing multiple Agile teams concurrently and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery: Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, including developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, milestones, budgets, and defining success criteria.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills across all levels of management.
  • Teaming: Proven success in working with dispersed teams and executive leadership in a complex customer environment, with a strong ability to integrate, motivate, and build relationships with cross-functional team members.

About the Team

You will join Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS), a dynamic team responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT product development.
  • 2+ years' experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently and/or at scale.
  • Active cloud certifications and experience delivering cloud engagements.
  • Has presented to C-level executives and/or senior leadership teams.
