Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager to lead the development of strategic plans and forecasts for our Andean region. This role involves analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and providing financial insights to inform business decisions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the process to identify gaps between actual and planned performance, proposing corrective measures to achieve targets.
  • Developing short- and long-term growth strategies, providing financial support to enable objectives accomplishment.
  • Generating and communicating financial algorithms, constructing and aligning with financial forecasts.
  • Executing forecasts integration and tracking.
  • Designing tools to identify risks (scenarios) for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with MBA preferred but not required.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS Powerpoint and Excel.
  • 8-9 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial/Supply Chain Finance Support, or Strategic Planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to develop persuasive, focused communications that enable management decisions.
  • Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and their impact on the business environment.
  • Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Advanced finance knowledge.
