Job Duties

We are seeking an experienced Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for connecting high-quality talent with exceptional opportunities, ensuring our clients achieve their goals.

Your key duties will include:

  • Developing and managing client relationships to understand their needs and preferences;
  • Coordinating with Placement Managers to execute departmental operations and achieve business objectives;
  • Verifying the accuracy of information managed by the team and participating in induction and refresher training;
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and other channels to keep them informed about the placement process;
  • Assisting in resolving client concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Reviewing client requisitions and preparing candidates for interviews;
  • Updating records in internal tools and required platforms;
  • Participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss active requisitions and coordinate interviews;
  • Monitoring the delivery of equipment and associated costs, providing visibility to all stakeholders and removing obstacles that may impact process efficiency;
  • Providing placement services to standard accounts, ensuring we deliver top-tier service;
  • Resolving placement-related issues promptly and adhering to process SLAs;
  • Participating in training, mentorship, and other activities focused on personal and professional growth;

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles;
  • Familiarity with software development terminology and basic technical communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in data collection, management, and analysis;
  • Professional certifications related to recruitment or project management are beneficial;
  • Advanced knowledge in specific staffing industries or sectors;
  • Additional languages or international experience;
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets;
  • Effective verbal and written communication;
  • Problem-solving skills and planning prowess;
  • Determination and customer service orientation;
