Product Manager with Data Insights Expertise

At Lean Tech, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to play a key role in gathering, interpreting, and translating data needs into actionable insights. This exciting opportunity will support the development and troubleshooting of dashboards, ensuring seamless operations and successful management of data products.

About the Role

This is a great chance to join our dynamic team as a Mid-Level Product Manager, working closely with stakeholders, senior data engineers, and operational leadership to drive project goals forward. As a liaison between data teams and stakeholders, you will ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a bridge between data teams and stakeholders to understand data needs and challenges.
  • Taking detailed and accurate notes during meetings and integrating key insights into data product documentation.
  • Ensuring product feeds, release notes, and scheduled reports are accurately updated and communicated to stakeholders and partners.
  • Troubleshooting data-related issues, collaborating with senior data engineers and stakeholders to resolve dashboard and data product functionality issues.
  • Supporting data products by addressing stakeholder and partner feedback, managing product configurations, and assisting IT with user support.
  • Leading short-term projects, defining requirements, overseeing development, and managing project delivery from start to finish.

We require strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and experience working with executive-level communication and presentations. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is an asset. Additionally, knowledge of Jira and Confluence can be beneficial for this role.

You will work collaboratively with strategy and product teams to ensure effective implementation and smooth operation of data products. This position also involves providing real-time support for product configuration and responding promptly to user inquiries.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in project and/or product management roles with a focus on requirement management and product delivery.
  • Advanced English skills (C1 level or above) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with executive-level communication and presentations.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and/or knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
