Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our backend systems using Java and Enterprise Java technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of complex backend systems using Spring framework and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
  • Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience with Java and Enterprise Java technologies, as well as excellent leadership skills. Your portfolio should include at least 5 years of experience with Spring framework, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Jenkins/Concourse, RESTful web services, and cloud technologies such as GCP.
