Job Description:

BairesDev, a leading technology company with over 15 years of experience in delivering cutting-edge solutions to global giants and innovative startups, is seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to join our diverse team of the world's top 1% tech talent.

This professional will utilize data and machine learning techniques to automate and scale decision-making by producing advanced data analysis reports and data-based models to infer and predict patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve data literacy and analytical environment across the company
  • Handle structured and unstructured data using SQL and other programming languages
  • Perform advanced data analysis and report results
  • Tell compelling stories behind data for business people
  • Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
  • Combine models through ensemble modeling
  • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
  • Design and execute experiments for hypothesis testing
  • Participate in discussions and decisions regarding Machine Learning/Data Science
  • Collaborate with data product managers to build data products
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, data science, IA, statistical, and related areas
  • Proficiency in MySQL and Python/R programming languages
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity to collaborate with non-technical users
  • Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design, predictive modeling, optimization, and causal inference
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with people analytics or growth
  • Experience with data visualization tools
