About the Job

We are seeking a PSP Manager to join our team in Novartis Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient support programs and diagnostic services across the oncology business unit.

Major accountabilities include:

  • Provide support to Value for Patients & Diagnostics Manager in operation and management of Oncology's Patient Support Programs and diagnostic services
  • Develop educational materials for patients and other innovative initiatives for strengthening services

The PSP Manager will also design and follow up on educational patient material for assigned PSPs, control budget and monthly expenses, request and track contracts, purchase orders and internal processes required for PSP vendors, and control laboratory tests performed and reporting to assigned teams.
