We are a leading company in the energy sector, and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Manager. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
• Conduct root cause analyses, develop corrective action plans, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
• Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with external partners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean methodology, and process optimization.
• Advanced/Fluent English language skills.
• Black Belt certification preferred.
• Knowledge of quality tools, operating systems, project control/monitoring software, and statistical analysis.

We offer a competitive salary range of $1,200,000 - $1,500,000 COP per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
