Client Development Manager

Epsilon is a global leader in outcome-based marketing, driving measurable results and business growth for its clients.

The Client Development Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing existing business relationships, driving the renewal of existing accounts, and promoting awareness of Epsilon's solutions.

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and campaign briefs.
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Serve as an advocate for client training and service enhancements.
  • Lead the renewal process for existing accounts, surpassing renewal targets through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience selling Advertising and/or Marketing technology products.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Deeply committed to delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
