About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Leave Experience Coordinator who will administer benefit programs in alignment with established standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role also provides support for escalated inquiries from vendor management, leave's bi-weekly payroll process & resolving data issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefit administration policies and procedures and will work closely with benefit Vendor Partners, HR Services Total Rewards Delivery teams and the Total Rewards COE to complete administrative tasks and support inquiries on issues related to benefit processes.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive working relationship between the Bank and its employees to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits data.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to address employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to benefit programs, including appeals, short and long term disability, and life insurance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies and procedures related to benefit administration and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose recommendations to Manager, Benefits & Leaves Experience to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal customers by responding promptly to their needs and providing clear explanations of benefit program details.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of benefit-related documents and data, including Survivor Services files, disability decisions and updates, and coverage letters.
  • Continuously develop and refine training materials and programs to ensure new team members are equipped to handle various aspects of benefit administration.
