About the JobThe Distribution Analyst will lead the process with transport companies to meet Colgate's required standards and ensure the most efficient delivery process. Additionally, the analyst supports reverse logistics in the credit note process and is responsible for receiving and checking the payment of freight expenses incurred from this service to transport companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and verify credit notes for customer-reported issues by in-house transport companies/Customers
- Closing and validating open deliveries from Credit Notes (without billing)
- Generating Miscellaneous Invoices for transport companies for missing products
- Registering Proof of Delivery (POD) for Colombia National distribution operations
- Tracking and following up POD registration for Colombia, ensuring revenue recognition policy compliance
- Analyzing routes and deliveries
- Supporting Freight Invoice SOX requirements
- Working collaboratively with Transport In-houses, Customer Service executives to ensure on-time delivery (POD)
- Identifying and implementing efficiency projects impacting the distribution/reverse logistic process
- Leading efficiency and collaboration projects with customers
- Collaborating with Customer Service and warehousing teams to ensure shared process efficiency and effectiveness
- Generating and following up on, and continuously improving Distribution KPIs (On-time delivery, POD reporting, and credit note process)
- Coordinating monthly results meetings with Transport Companies
- Generating and monitoring transport requirements
