Mate&Work is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team as a Visual Identity Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging social media content that reflects our brand's identity and aesthetic.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to drive the development of our social media presence. You'll work closely with our team to understand our brand's visual guidelines and apply your expertise to create high-quality content that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all designs, adhering to branding guidelines.

* Design 7 visually appealing social media posts per week, ensuring they reflect our brand's aesthetic and messaging.

* Work with minimal oversight to deliver high-quality content, leveraging your creativity and design skills.

* Communicate regularly via email and WhatsApp for updates, revisions, and approvals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of social media content.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other relevant design tools.

- Ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to different brand styles.

- Access to design software and necessary tools to create high-quality content.
