Job Role: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at The Shire Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine radiographic examinations, ensuring the quality of images, and minimizing radiation dose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Imaging Examinations: Perform routine radiographic examinations using quality control techniques to ensure the quality of images and minimize radiation dose absorbed by the patient.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Prepare the examination rooms and conduct routine maintenance, checking of the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Chief Radiologic Technologist, other technologists, and radiologists for the proper functioning of the unit.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of examination results and films for future reference.
  • Patient Care: Provide excellent patient care by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
