**The Role**
The Remote Support Nurse will be instrumental in supporting operations, directly assisting our Director of Operations in coordinating care and communication with healthcare providers, families, and referral partners.
This position offers flexibility to work from your home country while significantly impacting the well-being of our elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, families, and external partners, providing timely and empathetic support.
- Coordinate the Director of Operations' schedule, facilitating communication with referral agents, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the oversight of resident care plans, ensuring seamless communication among families, physicians, and our care team.
- Provide remote support to our facility staff, fostering an environment of high-quality care and service.
- Help develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Engage in staff training and development initiatives, promoting a knowledgeable and empathetic approach to care.
