Senior Backend Engineer

Somos 123Seguro, la plataforma online que revoluciona el mercado de seguros en América Latina. Buscamos a un Senior Backend Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo y contribuir a la creación de una experiencia única para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades:
  • Desarrollar y mantener servicios que interactúan con nuestra plataforma.
  • Participar en la concepción de productos y priorizar las necesidades del negocio.
  • Trabajar en un ecosistema de aplicaciones distribuidas con requerimientos de escalabilidad, observabilidad y tolerancia a fallos.
  • Colaborar con el análisis de arquitectura, despliegue, monitoreo, seguridad y otros aspectos del ciclo de vida del software.
  • Implementar el nuevo diseño de arquitectura de la plataforma digital con soporte para la expansión a múltiples países de la región.
  • Participar en la resolución de problemas técnicos y contribuir a la mejora continua del software.
Requisitos Mínimos:
  • Experiencia de 5+ años en el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones Web con RESTful APIs.
  • Estudios universitarios en carreras de Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Computación, Sistemas o equivalentes.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de algoritmos, programación concurrente, sistemas distribuidos y estructuras de datos.
  • Conocimiento en la construcción y operación de servicios e2e con microservicios utilizando metodologías de CI/CD.
  • Experiencia en integración con servicios externos considerando distintos protocolos de comunicación y restricciones de seguridad.
  • Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones de backend con lenguajes como NodeJS, Go, Python, Java, o equivalentes.
  • Práctica en diseño y mantenimiento de estructuras de datos en entornos Relacionales y No Relacionales utilizando MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Blob Storages, o equivalentes.
  • Empleo de servicios de plataformas Cloud en variantes IaaS y PaaS con AWS, GCP, OpenShift, o equivalentes.
  • Actitud proactiva frente a las tareas diarias.
  • Interés en aprender nuevas tecnologías y tomar roles de mentoría para con otros miembros del equipo.
