Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that meet the IT reference architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
  • Oversee the technical design process, applying industry best practices and collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance on software optimization, process efficiency, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design online integration solutions using APIs, microservices, MQ, and Kafka messaging.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose enhancements to improve user experience.
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Java with Spring Boot framework software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in distributed architectures, including synchronous (API REST) and asynchronous (Kafka, MQ) technologies.
  • Familiarity with security concepts related to OAuth2 and SSL certificates.
  • Broad knowledge of SQL relational databases and cloud computing environments.
  • Project management skills, preferably with PM certification.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address messages at various levels within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect:
