ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Sr. Salesforce CPQ/Billing Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. Salesforce CPQ Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CPQ solutions in Salesforce that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain SFDC CPQ application.
- Configure, administer, and customize SFDC CPQ application.
- Develop and maintain technical design documents.
- Own system configuration and user setup as needed.
- Configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Experience in creating/updating system documentation including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plans as needed for the engagement.
- Identify the root cause of defects and develop fixes in the system.
- Work with Scrum Master, Product Analysts to scope work and produce estimates.
- Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support.
- Work with SFDC support to resolve issues with CPQ and related applications.
- Maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
- Prioritize work to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on CPQ functionality.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product catalog, pricing, quotes, contracts, and billing.
- Experience in CPQ Data Migration.
- Programming background using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Java.
- Enterprise integration architectures such as SOA, RESTful, ETL.
- Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional, and user acceptance test cycles.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $105,000 USD - $150,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process.
