Job Title: Senior Video Producer

Location: Colombia (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Video Producer to join our team at High Scale Ai. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing innovative video concepts, producing high-quality content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept development to final product delivery. You will be working closely with our creative director to develop video strategies that meet client objectives, while also maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging video content that tells a compelling story and drives viewer engagement
  • Develop shot lists, scripts, and storyboards that align with client guidelines and brand vision
  • Work collaboratively with designers, animators, and other creatives to bring ideas to life
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continually improve skills and stay ahead of the competition

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Final Cut Pro
