At CRG Solutions, we're building a team that's passionate about scaling our business through innovative talent acquisition strategies. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be instrumental in cultivating high-quality talent pipelines for our hiring needs.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional research and sourcing skills, able to deliver results with minimal supervision. You'll work closely with our Talent Advisors and Practice Area Leads to understand technical requirements and execute on tactical outreach efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Immersing yourself in the community to engage job seekers through personalized approaches
- Executing on referral generation, events, and pipelining efforts, as well as crafting custom outreach techniques
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand technical requirements and how they fit into the organization
- Delivering pipelines of talent to recruiters on a daily basis, scheduling interviews based on your sourcing successes
- Researching market intelligence to stay ahead of shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities
We're looking for someone with 1+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience, preferably in Management Consulting for a technology-focused organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
This role requires a tenacious drive to win, persistence to push beyond adversity, and a strong organizational skillset. If you have a passion for learning and personal growth, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
