Loan Associate

Location: Remote (EST Time zone)

Salary Range: up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

We represent a company focused on providing exceptional financial services to its clients by supporting loan processing and management. The company values detail-oriented professionals who can ensure smooth and efficient loan operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Manage high volumes of phone calls, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting mortgage issues.
• Pipeline Management: Assist with loan processing pipeline, collecting documents, and ensuring seamless file handoffs.
• Administrative Tasks: Order appraisals, register loans, ensure complete loan files, calculate income, and handle email communication.
• System Management: Spend 30 minutes daily managing CRM and loan originating systems, updating information.
• Other Tasks: Manage data across Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, and loan origination portals, perform additional administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in the mortgage industry or customer service.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Bonzo CRM, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, or loan origination portals.
• Familiarity with the loan processing cycle and related software systems.
