A key role within Evolution's studio team, requiring a skilled Principal Studio Interior Designer to oversee all design stages from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3D modeling and rendering, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills.
About the Role:
This is a site-based position, with the successful candidate required to work from our offices in Medellin at Tigo Sede Principal or Rivana Business Park. As a member of the studio team, you will be responsible for developing design briefs tailored to client needs, creating high-quality 3D models and renders, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies that meet client objectives;
- Design and develop high-quality 3D models and renders to present to clients;
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery;
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the design process;
- Estimate project timelines and ensure timely completion;
- Manage budgets effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Interior Design, or equivalent relevant experience;
- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corona Render;
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
