About the Role:
Yango Delivery is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Cali. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting our services to customers, searching for and communicating with SMBs to sell Yango Cargo services, negotiating with companies and shops requiring freight delivery services, and calling clients to initiate and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting the service to customers
- Searching for and communicating with SMBs to sell Yango Cargo services
- Negotiating with companies and shops requiring freight delivery services
- Calling clients to initiate and maintain relationships
- Conducting surveys by phone and in person
- Identifying new opportunities for service growth
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Quick learning ability and a desire to acquire new skills
- A positive work ethic and an ambitious and passionate attitude
- Good negotiating skills
- Ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of services and products
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Ability to work in an office and in the field
