Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and emails, form filling, and managing administrative projects. The role also involves data analysis and research, drafting reports and presentations, and providing support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and emails

  • Conduct data analysis and research
  • Draft reports and presentations
  • Provide support to the management team

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • B2+ or C1 English level
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in data analysis and research
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is a plus
