**Job Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Data Systems Architect to join our dynamic team. This crucial role will ensure the smooth operation of our data platform and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including US-based colleagues, and directly interact with our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving your career through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Principals and Vice Presidents, and opportunities for advancement
  • Working with a team responsible for the operational management of the data platform, focusing on maintaining data quality, handling user tickets, and ensuring overall system reliability
  • Collaborating with the data analytics team and external third parties to assimilate data into the data lake, manage new data sources, and adapt models as changes occur

**Requirements**

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Full-stack development experience, SQL, DBT, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies such as AWS Redshift
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues and customers
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
