We're seeking a seasoned customer service professional to join our team at BetterWase. As a Mid-Senior level Healthcare Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building trust and long-term relationships with our clients.

You'll be responsible for navigating complex health carrier processes and procedures, helping clients schedule doctor appointments, and educating them about their healthcare benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in English-speaking call centers
  • 2+ years of continuous experience in U.S. healthcare customer service (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and customer engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (a plus)
