The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and operating custom solutions to complement our technology stack for clients.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the required skills and qualifications.

This is a highly challenging role that requires exceptional project management skills, leadership abilities, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing high-impact pilot/special projects from concept to successful launch in production.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, crafting comprehensive plans and communication strategies to guide execution.
• Assessing the viability of new concepts or approaches by providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Utilizing data insights to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
• Developing, managing, and monitoring project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensuring documentation and processes are fully created for successful launch into production.
• Creating and adapting training materials to onboard the workforce effectively.
• Managing the workforce by ensuring readiness in new use cases and tooling.
• Defining quality standards with stakeholders and ensuring project outputs meet quality standards through reviews and audits.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology developments and validating them for our clients.
• Engaging with stakeholders, managing their expectations, and providing regular updates.
• Resolving project issues, managing scope changes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Tracking performance metrics and preparing status reports for stakeholders.
• Leading and coordinating the project team, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, including managing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
