Job Description

We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Property Researcher. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough research on properties, gathering relevant information, and preparing detailed documentation for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a remote setting. A strong understanding of online research tools and resources is also essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
• Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
• Distraction-free work environment for home
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment
