We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team in Columbia, MO.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of scientific disciplines and relevant technical skills.

  • Responsibilities include designing and performing experiments and procedures according to protocols and SOPs.
  • Routine development of procedures and methods for solving technical problems.
  • Complex procedures and experiments performance.
  • Utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to produce sound scientific results.
  • Expertise on technical issues for staff and external customers.
  • Adherence to schedules and establishment of daily or weekly routines.
  • Design and conduct of most procedures independently using laboratory equipment.
  • Preparation of standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.
  • Conducting studies to determine results involving material composition, structure, properties, relationships, and critical parameters.
Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a minimum of four years of experience in a directly relevant setting.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and two years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree and experience.
  • PhD in a relevant field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
