Job Summary

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project coordination/management, with a strong background in financial management and analytical skills. You will be responsible for managing project delivery artifacts, providing timely updates to leadership teams, and driving best practices to increase efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support management on scheduling, planning, and forecasting financials for assigned projects.
  • Manage and review accruals and actuals, ensuring they are entered in the appropriate tools prior to the monthly cycles.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to the project manager and leadership teams as applicable.
  • Create and manage project delivery artifacts for various management reviews and meetings.
