About the Role:
As an HR Specialist at ARRISE, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's administrative functions. This includes payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Your attention to detail and proficiency in HR systems will guarantee that the administrative backbone of the company runs efficiently, allowing employees to focus on their core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to employees on employment queries and requests, while guiding them on policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll, bonuses, and employee statistics.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including state registration and employee file management.
- Perform regular audits of personnel policies and files, in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Maintain contact with external agencies, health and safety providers, and legal advisors as required.
- Support HR priority projects with administrative tasks, including report updates and deadline tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience with MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and social skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
